Privacy policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026 · This is a translation of the Italian version, which prevails in case of discrepancies.
This notice explains how the personal data of visitors to rosihub.it, and of anyone who contacts me through the form, email, phone or WhatsApp, are processed.
1. Data controller

No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as it is not required for this activity.
2. What data I collect
a) Data you provide through the contact form
- first and last name;
- name of your company, property or brand;
- email address;
- phone or WhatsApp number (optional);
- type of business, services of interest, location or destination and approximate timing of the project (optional);
- the content of your message.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required so that I can reply. Please do not include special categories of data (for example health data) or other people’s data in your message.
b) Data you provide by contacting me directly
If you email me, call me or contact me on WhatsApp, I process the data you choose to share (name, number, email address, content of the conversation).
c) Browsing data
- Technical server logs: like any website, the server hosting rosihub.it automatically records some technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) for security purposes and to make sure the site works properly. These logs are managed by the hosting provider.
- Anonymous visit statistics: the website counts how many times its pages are visited, day by day. The count does not use cookies, does not record your IP address and cannot identify you in any way. You can turn it off by choosing “Decline” in the banner.
The website does not use profiling cookies, advertising pixels or third-party tracking tools. Fonts are loaded directly from my server, without connecting to external services. More details in the cookie policy.
3. Why I process data and on what legal basis

The “I have read the privacy policy” checkbox confirms that you have read this document before sending your request. I do not use your data for newsletters or marketing, and I never transfer or sell it to anyone.
4. How data are processed and for how long
Data are processed electronically, with appropriate measures to protect them against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Requests sent through the form are delivered to the info@rosihub.it mailbox.
- Requests that do not turn into a project: kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.
- Client data: kept for the duration of the relationship and then for 10 years, as required by Italian tax and civil law (Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code).
- Technical server logs: kept by the hosting provider for the period set out in its security policy.
- Visit statistics: contain only aggregate numbers, which are not personal data.
5. Who data may be shared with
- Hosting and email provider (Hostinger), which hosts the website and the mailbox, as data processor under Art. 28 GDPR;
- Accountant or tax advisers, only for clients and only for legal obligations;
- Authorities, when required by law.
If you choose to contact me on WhatsApp, the conversation goes through the WhatsApp service (Meta), which processes data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy and may transfer it outside the European Union. If you prefer to avoid this, you can use the form or email.
Data are not disclosed to the public or published.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
As a rule, data are processed within the European Union. A transfer outside the EU may only occur for WhatsApp contacts, as described above, or through providers that guarantee the safeguards required by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR (for example adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
7. Your rights
At any time you can ask me to:
- access your data and receive a copy (Art. 15);
- correct or update them (Art. 16);
- erase them (Art. 17);
- restrict their processing (Art. 18);
- receive them in a structured format and transfer them to someone else (Art. 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
To exercise your rights, write to info@rosihub.it: I will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
8. Automated decision-making
I do not carry out profiling or make decisions based solely on automated processing.
9. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated, for example if the services or tools used on the website change. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
